Downtown Garner's OLDEST BAR

Shady's, established in 2018, is the oldest bar in Garner's downtown historic district.  Shady's building dates back to the early 1900's, and was the Town of Garner's first train station, first town hall and the first court room.  This building has also served as the Town's public library.

Shady's prides itself on its sophisticated bourbon, wine and craft beer selection.  But don't let that fool you, bottled High Life is $2 everyday (with or without a champagne glass).

At Shady's, Carolina Hurricanes' hockey and ACC sports are always on the 110-inch video wall.  Shady's is also the home of the QB1 Mafia, an official Buffalo Bills fan club.
